About the Maker

Who actually makes these?

One person designs, finishes, and holds intention over every candle — Uriel, the founder. The lids are hand-burned by him personally. Certain technical steps in the process — temperature control, ingredient timing, curing — may involve trusted hands close to him, always under his watch. But the energy, the intent, the conceptualization: that is singular.

This will always be an intimate store. Small circles. Intentional moves. Global impact.

Why won't you grow bigger?

Because at a certain scale, growth requires delegation of energetic intent — and delegation would dilute what makes these real.

If there is ever a need for this at a larger scale, the answer is not mass production. It is another entrepreneur, in another place, bold enough to build something true for their community. We say: do it. All humans need this in the current transition. These energies are not here to be manufactured beyond usability — and that is exactly what mass production does, without exception.

Every candle carries the energy of the hands and the state of mind that made it. That is not a limitation. It is the entire premise.

Is this a spiritual product?

That depends entirely on what you bring to it.

The candles are made with intention. The gemstones carry their own natural properties. None of those facts were different before you found this — they were simply waiting. Whether you engage with that spiritually, ritually, or simply as a moment of stillness, the candle meets you where you are. Nothing is required of you except presence.

About the Collections

What's the difference between Begin, Sync, and Bloom?

Begin is for the one just starting to remember. The gemstone rests beneath the wax — discovered only as the candle burns. Like the knowing that you are more than your circumstances, but not yet able to name it. It surfaces when it's ready. So do you.

Sync is for more focused work. Gemstones rest atop the wax, visible from the first lighting. Your intentions are the human properties you bring. As the flame burns, the crystal holds it all — your emotional state, your focus, your presence. The predominant result will always be your focused intention, accumulated naturally across every burn.

Bloom is for the practiced. For those whose relationship with flame, stone, and intention is not new. Made in limited quantities, by the maker alone, built to be worthy of what you already carry.

Where do I start if I've never done this before?

The Begin collection. Specifically, whichever candle stops you when you're browsing. That instinct is information. Information more valuable than 10,000 answers here, or anywhere.

All Awen Aboros candles are made with singular, natural scent — if a 100% natural essential oil exists for it, that is what is used. Online buying for fragrance is genuinely difficult to gauge. We know this as candle-makers and as candle buyers. (Don't tell Uriel.) This is another reason for the scent simplicity — these scents are clearly named and familiar to almost anyone, globally. Because we are one race, made of non-repeatable individuals.

About the Candles

Are the gemstones real?

Yes. Every stone is genuine and natural, selected by hand by the maker. What arrives in your candle has been held, felt, and placed with awareness of what it carries.

Is the wax safe?

All candles are made with soy wax — clean-burning, renewable, no toxins, no synthetic additives. Just wax, wick, gemstone, and intention. As always, check with your doctor if you have known allergies before introducing anything new.

How long will it burn?

Burn times vary by size. Mini candles burn approximately 10–15 hours. Standard candles burn approximately 30–50 hours, depending on use and user. The flame works at its own pace — and so does the reveal.

Will the gemstone survive the burn?

Yes. Gemstones are formed under conditions far more intense than a candle flame. Your stone will surface intact, warmed, and ready to be held. If removed while still burning, handle with care.

What do I do with the stone after?

Whatever feels right. Carry it. Place it somewhere intentional. Hold it during stillness. Gift it. The stone has already done part of its work simply by being present through the burn.

Can I choose which gemstone I receive?

For Begin collection candles, the gemstone is part of the discovery — most are listed in the product description, but you won't see it until the wax has melted away. That is intentional.

For Sync and Bloom candles, the specific stone is listed clearly on the product page and rests atop the wax before your first burn. Visual confirmation is one of the perks.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as it's on its way. From there, timing is in the carrier's hands.

What if something arrives damaged?

Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo. Our first offer will always be a replacement or store credit — no runaround, no fine print. Email urielgaia@awenaboros.com and we will make it right.

What if I change my mind?

Each candle is handcrafted and carries energy from the moment it's made. For that reason, we can't accept returns for change of mind — this is similar to ordering a large pizza, eating most of it, and asking for a replacement because you decided you didn't want it. We all know that thinking exists. We'd love for the product to meet your expectations, and we understand that physical and digital realities can feel different.
