The Maker Behind Awen Aboros Intentional Candles

This began as a return.

My name is Uriel. I am the founder, the maker, and the one person behind every candle you will ever receive from this company. I want you to know that — not as a marketing point, but because it matters. What arrives in your hands was held in mine first.

In 2022, I began asking a question I had been avoiding for years: "Who am I if everyone I live and breathe for are gone?" It was not a comfortable question. But it was an honest one. And honest questions, given enough space, have a way of leading you somewhere true.

What they led me to was a candle.

I remembered one I had burned for twelve years — a red, three-wick candle I first lit at sixteen. I don't know exactly why that memory surfaced when it did. But it carried something with it: the belief that simply being alive on this earth means worthiness is a birthright.

A birthright.

In 2023, I made a green, three-wick candle. Then another. Then another. I began making them slowly, intentionally, alone — and somewhere in that process, the making itself became the ritual. Burning and focusing. Returning, inch by inch, to something I recognized as myself.

I had hoped to name this A Mother's Flame — an homage to Gaia, the one who called me by name. At that time, it was not meant to be. What it became instead was Awen Aboros. And what I understood, somewhere in the quiet of that making, was that I was only one of Millions who needed this.

The gemstone is not decorative. The flame is not ambiance. Every candle that leaves these hands was made by one person, in one place, with full attention — because that is the only way I know how to make something true.
