Refund policy

At Awen Aboros, every candle is made by hand with intention. We stand behind what we create.

If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right — no questions, no runaround. Our first offer will always be a replacement or store credit, because we'd rather you have the experience you came for. If neither of those works for your situation, we'll talk it through and find a resolution together.

We ask only that you reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can take care of you properly.

What we cannot accommodate are returns or refunds for change of mind — each candle is hand-crafted and carries energy from the moment it's made. We trust you chose it for a reason.
