Every Awen Aboros order is prepared with care before it ever leaves our hands. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery timing moves outside our control — but our commitment to you doesn't.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to carrier handling, reach out to us and we will work through it with you. Every situation is different, and we approach each one that way — with honesty and a genuine effort to make it right.
